Design & Build
A newly designed garden set out around a circular gravel bed with stepping-stone paving, framed by oak-sleeper raised beds and fresh perennial and pollinator planting behind treated boundary fencing.
A brick-paved terrace with a curved raised retaining wall, a dining set under a parasol and densely colourful mixed borders wrapping the seating area, with lawn running away to mature trees.
Paving & Terraces
A large sawn-stone terrace laid to falls with a brick-edged step detail, set behind a period brick house — a generous outdoor room bordered by newly planted beds and treated slatted fencing.
A curved brick-paved terrace with a dining set and parasol, wrapped by a low brick retaining wall and richly planted borders of salvia, heuchera and hydrangea, opening onto a mature lawn.
Decking & Structures
A Yellow Balau hardwood deck under a bespoke timber pergola, flanked by oak-sleeper raised beds and rendered planters — a sheltered terrace stepped up above a border of grasses and perennials.
Planting & Borders
A mixed border running the length of a striped lawn — heuchera, hosta, sedum and shrub planting layered along a fence line, with a garden hut and terrace beyond.
A freshly prepared border against a white rendered house, planted with a standard white camellia, a multi-stem specimen tree and clipped evergreen shapes — the bones of a scheme going in.
Blue-and-violet lacecap hydrangeas coming into their own within a mixed border, backed by ornamental grasses and evergreen foliage — planting chosen for multi-season interest.
